Check-Up day with Dr. Patterson

Yesterday was Sam's and Beckyanne's two-week check up at Dr. Patterson's office. Good news to report on all sides. Sam is gaining weight and no more jaundice issues - Hooray! He has his Mama's disposition and his Daddy's good looks (Ha! Ha!) Seriously though, Sam has a very easy going disposition. Nothing seems to rile him up or make him have melt-downs. He just huffs a little then goes right back on to what he was doing before the minor disturbance. He sleeps through the night, eats on schedule, plays for a few minutes then right back to his nap. Awesome!

Below, Sam is chillin' in his velour, zip-up sweat suit. I guess he's just a Homeboy at heart tryin' to get back to his roots, you know, back on the Block - y'know what i'm sayin'? I even saw him roll the brown paper sack down over the neck of his formula bottle and hold it straight out in front of him and spill a little in memory of the homies who have come before him.
